While both equally magnificent, at $300 I just couldn’t justify it since we had gotten a dollhouse last year from Plan Toys. I wasn’t overly happy with it though, and just itching to replace. Lilli didn’t even care that I wanted to replace it, so you know she didn’t love it either LOL. So, I showed the pictures I linked to Stephen, and he built us one! FROM SCRATCH. As in, he took boards of wood, cut them, joined them, sanded them, etc. I helped design and sand, but he put in the 30+ hours of work. Now we know why they are so expensive!!!!! The final product, however, is simply breathtaking. I think we’ll be enjoying it for generations. Remember, you can click on the photos to see them bigger. ### *Related* [The Isolation of Hiding Addiction | Life with an Alcoholic](https://www.amyonfyre.com/2017/07/07/6110/isolation-hiding-addiction-alcoholism)July 7, 2017In "Life with an Alcoholic" [To Love and Protect | Life with an Alcoholic Husband](https://www.amyonfyre.com/2017/06/30/6046/protect-alcoholic)June 30, 2017In "Life with an Alcoholic" [The Big Flooring Reveal](https://www.amyonfyre.com/5556-2)March 28, 2017In "Single Mom Survival" ### Comments 0 comments 104 VIEWS This number shows the total pageviews since publishing of the article [Share](https://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amyonfyre.com%2Fbest-dollhouse-ever%3Futm_source%3Dsharebuttons%26utm_medium%3Dfacebook%26utm_campaign%3Dmashshare) [Pinterest](https://blog.amyonfyre.com/best-dollhouse-ever?hs_amp=true#) [Tweet](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Best%20Dollhouse%20Ever%21%21%21%21&url=https://www.amyonfyre.com/best-dollhouse-ever) Share it!
